When I travel and look for places to stay, Roami is the first search, and sometimes the only search I do. Every property I've stayed at has exceeded expectations. Any issue has been quickly resolved. I will only be a consistent client of establishments with superior guest services and Roami is at the top.
The room was really nice. My only issue was there were no laundry pods, only 2 wash rags in the room, and no front desk staff nor a phone to call someone for supplies. The location is great. Ive stayed here before under a different owner
