This will be my second time doing a staycation at a Roami New Orleans property. I was recommended this property by a friend who’s stayed here previously. Booking is always a breeze & I look forward to our stay!
This is my second time booking here and the ONLY place I will stay when I come back! It is the most enjoyable, relaxing, and perfect place to stay!
We stayed at Factors row last month. It was our first time trying Roami. Our host was great. The apartment was beautiful, and the location was close to everything! The entire apartment was clean and believe me, we checked. The check in and out process was smooth. The building was quiet. The front door entry pad didn't work for 2 days, but Roami staff came out and issued new codes. Overall, no complaints. We'd definitely stay there again.
We rented a two-bedroom apartment for four people in August and had a very bad experience. The accommodation was fine and well located, but the service we received was terrible: - We arrived at the accommodation and the room we were assigned wasn't ready. It hadn't been cleaned or tidied up, and it still had all the remains of the previous occupants. - Nobody at reception and the 24-hour helpline wasn't working, and they didn't respond to text messages or emails.
