Unfortunately, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have encountered. I handle hotel reservations for the company I work for and booked this room for an employee attending a conference. After a long trip, he arrived to find the room in unacceptable condition. There were human hairs and pills on the floor. This goes far beyond a minor cleanliness issue and falls below even the most basic standards of hygiene. Perfect spot, good location near, but not quite smashed into the heart of the city, which is where I like it. Easy walk to “the action” but it’s also quiet at night. Nice enough apartment, but 1 bathroom is a little challenging for that many female guests.
They left me without room after paying. Disaster. There is no people at the lobby, the code was not send, when I finally got it there was someone sleeping in the room they gave me. After waiting more than 1 hour at the lobby decided to go to another hotel. I travel 70 days a year for the last 25 years... this was the worst service I ever got.
