The rooms are spacions and confortable. The beds and bethrooms are also good. But the cleaning and the service is below expectations. The location is close to everything but right at where the street tram passes, so expect loads of noice from 5:30am forward. Not great value, the opposite of it. I'd choose elsewhere to stay next time

Great location to stay in New Orleans. Walkable to French Quartet and to street car but felt very safe and secure. Apartments were really nicely furnished and well appointed and the entrance and foyer areas were lovely too. Highly recommend
A very nice place to stay in. Very clean, walking distance to alot of things including Bourbon Street. Love how the layout is, love the inside, lightning was absolutely enough especially with girls who do makeup lol. Most definitely would stay here. Host was attentive and quick to respond with a qt I had. Nothing at all bad to say. Come try it out yourself
