Unprofessional. Long wait times, confusion with the nurses. A women in the waiting room was vomiting and instead of helping they send security to tell her to stop screaming. St Joseph’s need a new plan, new leadership because this is not it. They call themselves a hospital!
Jarring and unpleasant experience is an understatement. This hospital has no business running an ER facility in the condition it is in. Dr. Ori has a condescending and uninterested bedside manner to say the least. Nurses were pleasant at best but clearly all unhappy working at this facility. I’ve been going through a hard time in life. I went to other hospitals and I was always looked at and indifferent way. I went to Saint Joseph’s hospital and was treated on my first occasion unfortunately things did not get Better even though I was treated great.
