came here for a MASSIVE MIGRAINE and the doctors and nurses were soooo LOUD, not caring what the patients might be going through and then i had to wait for around 2 HOURS!!! to be attended, such a joke. DONT COME HERE NO MATTER HOW CLOSE IT IS TO YOU
The service is the worse I have experienced in my entire life. The room has no air conditioning. They serve breakfast at 09:00+ the television is a 14” LG. The window blinds are broken with missing slats. You can’t even get coffee before breakfast is delivered. I would not recommend anyone to come to this hospital. You would lose friends if you recommended this hospital to them. If it’s possible you want to send your enemies to this hospital. There is a good reason why this hospital has a two star rating. If you have children go somewhere else. I arrived via ambulance at 6am after throwing up and uncontrollable bowls all night and I unfortunately had my 1 year old son with me as his dad works overnight at the prison. I was registered, placed in a room, given treatment, regularly monitored and discharged with follow up instructions & prescriptions within 2 hours! From start to finish, it was a good experience, I was listened to,... read more
Been here for 10 hours, came in on an ambulance with a broken leg. My vitals monitor came unplugged 4 hours ago. A tech came in looked at my monitor and said "you're dead, how do you feel about that?" And walked away. He was the first person in 2.5 hours to even speak to me since it came unplugged. What a joke of a hospital. The wait continues.
