This has been the absolute worst experience of my life. So much so that I’m weighing malpractice. I was admitted to the ER for a bowel impaction following a surgery from a Carondelet surgeon at 11am and put into what effectively a 55°, dirty storage closet. There was medical garbage in the floor and construction going on in the storage closet. I am also RSV positive (???) and was not separated from other patients and no staff wore masks. Wow. Reading these reviews and what these entitled spoiled brats have to say really makes me sick. I have had to use their emergency for my wife twice, and I could care less if the place was in spotless I don't know if it was or not all I know is that they really sincerely cared about my wife and did all they could to help her and they did help her. The doctor was amazing the nurses are amazing the receptionists are amazing. If you want to have a bad experience in a hospital try Benson or Sierra Vista then you will know what... read more
I gave it a one only because there isn't a zero rating. Both the waiting room and the ER rooms were dirty. The staff was rude. It was freezing and they didn't have blankets. Thank goodness I didn't have life-threatening problem.
Great attention from doctors and nurses. In and out quickly during treatment
