Absolutely horrible place yesterday my mother waited 3 hours before being helped. Today she asked for help to go to the bathroom and here it's been 30 mins and still nothing. They are ignoring call lights. No good bedside manner. Nurses only come into the room to give meds and thats it will not help with any concerns you have just blow you off I will never bring my mom back here for help.

Had an horrible experience the first time I was here. Doctor had TERRIBLE bedside manner and the place was disgusting. Vowed I would never go back - North West and TMC are where I will go. Due to where my OBGYN is located, had to unfortunately go back today. This visit reaffirmed that I will never go back - I will even switch OBGYN’s if needed to avoid ever visiting here again.
