Dr. Levine is an outstanding care provider. He is professional, caring, honest and open. He was able to articulate the information regarding my condition with ease and a high level of knowledge and experience. He is so very pleasant and easy to communicate with. It was a true honor and pleasure to interact with him. The office staff from those who check you in to the medical staff are also to be commended for their professionalism and welcoming attitudes. They also added to a most favorable atmosphere. Great experience.
My daughter was treated in ER early Wednesday morning and moved to a room on the 3rd floor. Problems started about 6am, when the nurse came in and accused her of smoking. Daughter absolutely doesn't smoke! Then accused her of smoking Marijuana! Then the nurse proceeded to go through the garage cans and found nothing! I have been going to Dr Kame until she retired made Dr Norris and she was so disappointing but when I called to asked which doctor was taking new patients? I could go to north side facility or a facility at St Joseph I said we live near the airport her response was like to bad so sad. I am now requiring a new rx on my medication deloxytine but I am not giving a +1 it’s actually minus
NO ISSUES AT ALL. Dr. Asencio and Staff were Awesome. Large, clean facility, smiling, friendly faces willing to help. People friendly, I would highly recommend to anyone in any human category or community.
