I was a long time client here, multiple doctors moved on and I bounced from provider to provider. Called today to make an appointment for a routine insurance mandated physical and the current provider doesn't have an opening for 2 months. I'm also told I can't see any other provider in the facility that might have earlier availability. So I'm done being a customer here. What's the point of a "Medical Group" if a customer can't access other resources in the same facility?

Patient safety concern. I was scheduled to establish care and was checked in, roomed, and had vital signs taken. Due to an internal administrative issue regarding provider assignment, I was then denied care and escorted out without being evaluated by a provider. At the time, I was seeking care for asthma-related symptoms. Being turned away after intake, rather than being clinically assessed or redirected appropriately, raises serious patient safety concerns—particularly when respiratory complaints are involved.
