I think the front office is great, friendly and engaging. My husband and I have had nothing but great experiences with all the doctors. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Staff is extremely rude and not helpful at all. They have attitudes for simple questions. My family went to a different carondelet location and they were completely opposite from the Irvington group they helped us connect to the doctor sooner then our appointment and set up new appointments. Apparently the Irvington group did not receive the same training.

This is nothing against the NP I saw, Amber Norris. She was fantastic. It’s a shame she is no longer working here. My issue is entirely with the office staff. I was never notified that Norris would no longer be my PCP (notifications like this should be STANDARD, but clearly not at CMG). So, when I started running low on a prescription, I was extremely confused!
