If you need to speak to anyone for any reason, good luck to you. They will leave you on hold and NEVER pick up the call. You will sit on hold for hours until you get annoyed and hangup. Need a copy of your medical records? Better or just going to another doctors office and starting over.

I am a patient of Karena Mariana she is amazing. She never rushes me, she listens and above all she is patient with me. Her medical assistants have been great. They are helpful and very friendly. The front desk staff, the phlebotomist and the overall clinic has a warm friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend Karena.

I, and my wife have been undergoing treatment for more than 8 years with the medical practitioner Loan Whitmore. She is cleaver, professional, keep able, and helpful. It’s easy for her to diagnose the problem and work with perseverance to reach the cause of the illness. She is, really worth to be the best from my point of view.

I do not recommend. Very difficult to talk to a human being. Poor customer service. Website sucks. Patient portal access from the website takes you to cerner. There is no link to Athena. CMG is owned by tenet healthcare. Tenet is a for profit company that has had numerous major issues and government sanctions over the years. Not surprising practices suffer due to cheap, poor systems implemented by Tenet.
