unbelievable experience with a Matthew D. Jones a podiatrist who I was sent to for a follow appt. by St. Joseph's emergency center. I was asked why I was there and said that my toe was still sore after surgery five days ago . I did not know what else to tell him. He proceeded to scold me on how there was no way my toe could still hurt five days after surgery as if to say I was lying to him . I had been seeing Dr. Matthew Jones and had an imaging order for Southern Arizona Radiology Associates on the 22nd of January. I have been trying to schedule with them but they keep telling me this office is not providing them with the documentation they are requiring. The staff at CMG have falsely claimed they have done this and have given me the runaround; I have had to do their job making over a half dozen phone calls only to be told they were going to get this matter resolved which has been a lie. If you can go anywhere else but to this horrible, horrible place go there !! The staff is unprofessional and contradicts each other every time you talk to someone, I hope you're not sick and poor at the same time !! They want to make you wait for three months for an appointment when you're sick, they also tell you unfortunately, it's their POLICY that they can't send an antibiotic to your pharmacy - just wait three months for your appointment !!
