Very dissatisfied with this ER. Had done lab work and they lost my lab work and need to come back another day. Wouldn’t recommend this ER for anybody. Good luck.
I took my mother to this hospital, emergency room yesterday after spending the entire day there and them saying that they could find nothing wrong with her and sending her home. I took her today to TMC turned out. She needed an emergency surgery which they did immediately all I can say is people go to St. Mary’s to die From lack of care. Can’t even say it was because they were extremely busy. They were only four people in the emergency room when we got there at 9 AM in the morning. Waited for eleven hours just to see a doctor. All they wanted to do for me was bloodwork. I was dizzy with my vision skipping & eye flashes, difficulty focusing, reading or thinking at times, along with headache & nausea. I called my regular doctors office beforehand and they recommended I go to emergency with my symptoms. Nurses were rushed, and obviously didn’t care to understand me.
