I just called now and the lady on the phone was very rude and ended the call she didn’t helped me at all..
Worst service I’ve ever experienced in an ER. Incredibly rude staff who seem like that they couldn’t care less. Every single staff member had an attitude. Horrible experience. Waited for three hours and didn’t get any help. People walking around and it’s very clear you’re not important. Also, the rooms are dirty and uncomfortable.
Going to the ER sucks. Thankfully, after checking in, it only took a few minutes to get seen by triage staff. Idk how people work in an emergency department, so much sadness… However, Herbert Britanico, FNP had excellent bedside manner. He took the time to go over multiple test results and answered many questions from a teary eyed wife worried about her favorite person. The experience was still incredibly stressful, but Herbert really made a difference. Thank you Herbert 🥹
Every human alive knows that when you go to emergency rooms in US Hospitals, you need to plan for hours wait. I’m not going to complain about that. I elected to go to St Mary’s ER last evening because I was worried about a stroke or heart attack. I had been terribly dizzy during the day with vomiting, bad headache, and off the charts blood pressure. I could have been taken to NW, TMC or other but I went to ST Mary’s.
