While most people who are in an emergency the last thing you think is to read the ratings of the place in which you are going. As it could be the closest to you at the time. Came in Sunday got stitches on my arm and ankle and was made to walk my way out still bloody and no bandages also with nothing on my discharge paperwork other than get em out in 5 days. I was told Tylenol would be enough for the pain I've been in bed in excruciating pain i cant walk or even sit up without screaming but its fine I have Tylenol right? My wife went in for simple pelvic pain, she was seen and discharged quickly with ibuprofen, the hospital charged us as an ER level 5 which is reserved for emergencies like heart attack, denied a dispute and have made the process horrendous. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TOO! Their billing is worse than any other ER I have been to!
I brought my 85-year-old mother to the ER after a fall. She has advanced Parkinson's disease and dementia, and cannot walk or care for herself. Staff told me I could not come back with her. They said they would call me when the doctor was ready for her medical history. After waiting over an hour with no contact, I went to the desk and was told to wait because "the system was slow."
