To the two women working at urgent care on that rainy morning who turned me away while giving attitude instead of actually understanding the insurance you were dealing with. Before refusing care and speaking to patients like they are wrong, maybe learn the difference between CHAMPVA and Tricare. I specifically told them multiple times that my coverage is CHAMPVA, not Tricare, yet they both insisted I needed some “preauthorization code” just to be seen by a doctor.
