They push surgeries for a reason. Look up their rating for each health group on USNewsHealth. They push surgery to make money. You may not even need surgery. They’ll be sued sooner or later for malpractice. It’s embarrassing this is the hospital of Gastonia. Horrible horrible horrible. Don’t go here.

What I experienced the day and a half I spent on the 3rd was the exceptional care I received from the entire staff - Doctors, PA’s, nurses, techs - everyone/everything was top notch.

Very well taken care of & staff .. nurses..cna's ..housekeeping when they were close by ,& Dr's all polite & cordial. I give a 5 Star rating .

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This emergency room and hospital are the absolute worst. I called the ER to ask if they have rabies PEP vaccine and the lady said I needed to go to an urgent care for that and then she hung up on me. This hospital has been consistently horrible for the last 18 years I've lived in Gaston county. I have never had a positive experience with the staff here.
