Went in for back surgery on Friday the 15th and stayed until Sunday the 17th. I could not asked for a smoother surgery where I was comforted with compassion from each staff member from beginning to end! Dr Boudreaux was there every step of the way and performed an amazing surgery. Shout out to one particular nurse on the 3rd floor, Julia! She went above and beyond to make me comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation! Rebecca Kim Collins

My sister that is mentally disabled not capable of giving anyone consent to operate on her!! She is going down hill Fast!! I was told at the hospital in Belmont (CaroMont health) ER doctor that she would be transported to the main hospital( CaroMont) health in Gastonia.He a sured me that no one would touch her without checking with me first! Was admitted to ER on Friday 8/8/25 due to severe pain among other things, they ended up doing surgery on Friday night and moved me to a different room. I was there for almost an entire week. I had a few really good nurses who would check on me and actually do their job. I had two nurses that were absolute trash, Gia and Katie were the nurses to leave me stranded for hours at a time even when I would call for something.
