I go to the Shelby office and see Ashtin. I’ve never been made to feel anything but comfortable with her. Highly recommend her if you are looking for a therapist! I debated therapy for a long time before I convinced myself to go and I’m so glad I did! As far as the Gastonia office, I had no issues calling to get my initial appointment set up or calling to reschedule an appt because I was sick.
If they treat their employees like they do their patients then that would explain why my other provider left. 👌🏻 getting records and switching to Atrium.
I have gone to this office for years. I am a patient of Dr. Xiao. He is very caring and compassionate. He listens to me. What I like is he doesn't prescribe alot of meds. Before I came here I was on 6 different meds. He got me down to 3. And I am doing very well. I also see Lisa for my therapy. She is wonderful. The staff is so friendly and work with me. I would highly recommend this place!!

They are just looking to medicate you. I was barely there 30 minutes and the doctor prescribed me three different medications. Horrible experience. Will not be returning.
