Billing nightmare. My son’s 09/09/2025 well-child visit should have been 100% covered as preventative care. Instead, I was sent to collections months later for $509 with no prior bill. Insurance confirmed the denial was solely due to the office coding the visit for NC instead of SC. In March 2026 I went in person. Staff promised to “escalate” and have a supervisor call.
