Laura is amazing! Couldn’t hope for a better provider. Such an upgrade from my experience at Kintegra. It was awful apart from the nurses. Every other aspect of my experience there was drawn out for no reason and I had to initiate every step in my care/ follow up. I’m so happy I made the switch!

Been trying to schedule an appointment for weeks. The website doesn't work. The staff never answer the phone. Once I finally get someone on the phone after weeks she puts me on hold and says she will have to call me back sometime. "Dora" if that's her real name is super unhelpful or unprofessional. Places like this perfectly represent the broken dysfunctional predatory healthcare our country is known for.

My grandmother goes here and see Dr. Martin. Anytime we have an issue we can't get anyone on the phone. We leave repeated messages still NO call back. He was suppose to refer her to a neurologist 4 weeks ago. I called and called and when finally got through to the neurologist after 3.5 weeks they informed me he NEVER sent the referral. We have been expressing our concerns for over a year with the doctor begging him to refer her to a specialist because memory is getting worse and worse, she falls on a weekly basis. Love this place. Everyone is super friendly and professional. Dr.Martin is awesome, he always listens to you. He has been my DR. for a long time and his nurse Judy is very nice and friendly. She also takes time to listen to all of your concerns. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

I cant even get pass the appointment setting. They have the absolute rudest, unprofessional front office/appointment staff. If the staff is that unprofessional and uninviting over the phone, I can't imagine what the care is like.
