I am a patient of Lindy Forrest at Caromont in Shelby NC. I have always had excellent care & been treated with kindness and respect by her & her friendly staff. I was there last week for a follow-up appointment Oct 15th & had to have some lab work done. The lab tech was rude, just no smile, how are you, only told me what to do & I asked her if she was mad at somebody. She said, no why was I alright? I said I'm fine just do it.
