My experience would be rated higher if the personel there that take care of paperwork were a bit more on point, I was injured in a car accident and going through the motions with insurance company from my employer for temp disability health insurance ,and a simple process of sending a fax in order for me to recieve benifits due to my inability to work, has put me in a financial bind, and i stood at the counter and specifically stated clearly and in a calm manner to fax one paper just one paper to the correct fax number, and ... read more
