Recommendedstaff and doctors are amazing. Dr. Brown has been with me through thick and thin and very patient and understanding and always responds to messages and calls.
Dr. Bowe is the absolute best doctor I’ve ever had! My husband and I both go to her and we have now entrusted our newborn son to her care. We couldn’t ask for a better medical provider.
I had a new patient appointment at 6:30. There were three wrecks on i85 and I ended up getting to the appointment at 6:34. I was told when I got there that the physician assistant had came out there before 6:30 and said to cancel it if I wasn't there. This is ridiculous. While I dont advocate being late there should be a small grace period and/or a little compassion for things beyond someone's control and extraordinary. I like Dr Aaron Brown the the nurses are all great.Down side front staff are a joke we all know we have to fill out a hippa form on our first visit of the year which I did in March of this year.I have been 2 days Thanks this Sunday and Monday nothing mentioned about hippa.I called down there today because I'm sick still to verify the changes I made in March were good I was told that I haven't updated my hippa.I since 2015 how is that so.I leave messages they call back about 50% of the time.Im waiting on 2 calls which proably... read more
From the time I walk in the door till my appointment is over, I start feeling better. The girl at the receptionist desk calls me by name and welcomes me. My appointment is always on time and the nurse treats me like I am her only patient while being very professional in getting me ready to see the Dr.. Dr. Bowe always comes in with a smile on her face and and treats me like an old friend. She is very knowledgeable about what she tells me and she listens to every thing I have to say. I have been a patient here for many years. They are always kind and courteous. Dr. Aaron Brown is very courteous, takes his time with you, and genuinely cares for his patients. He's always quite responsive with MyChart (the online patient portal.) Great choice for a family doctor!
