The Norwood Caroma Centre has made decision making so much easier with a great showroom, but more importantly the staff there are very helpful and friendly. Definitely a place to go to help any one out with design and choice. Highly rate.

Jody Xia is an example of what amazing customer service and experience looks like. Cannot rate the experience at Caroma Norwood highly enough. Jody was so helpful in her advice, followed up, still remembered us months later and was always responsive. The experience she delivered is why we ended up buying all Caroma products for our renovation.
