I never have to worry when I leave my dogs at Carolyn's. My toy poodle and long hair german shepherd can be a lot to handle but they are treated so well and they completely understand my dogs. They are very conscientious when I make requests are always want to make sure I am happy. After trying several other groomers in town, I will never go anywhere else!

Totally amazing experience and I highly recommend! I have a large, disabled dog and have had issues finding reliable, safe grooming for him. One visit and he looks and feels so much better! And Carolyn took such great and gentle care of him. He was happy and calm with all of the grooming!

I have known Carolyn since school. She’s always loved animals. My German Shepherd Nala was having a reaction to another groomers shampoo and conditioner and Carolyn got in touch with me and gave me things to try and was very calming up me who was very stressed about my girl not feeling well. I took Nala to Carolyn the next day after trying what she suggested and Nala is soooo much better now. I have my happy girl back. Carolyn is the best and she is very knowledgeable. I love Carolyn and her puppy parlor. My Smokey has been getting groomed there for several years now. If the dogs being groomed are well behaved, they get to roam free to interact with each other before and after their grooming. I would highly recommend this place!
