I’m very disappointed with my experience ordering flowers from this shop. I placed an order for my sister’s birthday from outside of Canada a full week in advance. I communicated by both email and text, shared inspiration photos, and clearly explained how I’d love the bouquet to look. They responded confirming they could do it, and I specifically requested (multiple times) that a picture of the bouquet be sent to me for approval before delivery. They agreed. What a fantastic surprise, to find this shop!!! Freindly, helpful staff and beautiful arrangements/merchandise!!! The candy bouquet that i bought was adorable!! The recipient was truly blown away!! I definitely recommend this shop !!
