Rude! There was a miscommunication on cake pick up. I tried to contact him numerous times. He finally told me he had sold my cake to someone else within the hour with no further communication attempts. He stated that their cakes were so good that they had a line of people waiting to buy them if people didn't pick them up. I informed him that I was glad to know they had so much business that they didn't care about new business. Just wow!!
I've been dealing with Carolyn's creation since 2015. Heart cakes are always fresh and delicious and my cakes always look like the picture that I sent to them.
