I like the doctor very much, but my last visit was very disappointing. I really would’ve appreciated more time spent explaining things to me when my eye pressure was elevated for the first time ever. Time should have been taken to share my actual pressure numbers along with some background information & maybe even a little reassurance. Things felt rushed. I had my first appointment yesterday and it was a wonderful experience. I was in and out within about a half hour, which I really appreciated. Everyone at the front desk during check-in was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the process smooth and welcoming from the start. The doctor’s assistant who brought me in was great, and the doctor herself was knowledgeable, informative, and had an excellent bedside manner.
