Dr. Costella is one of the worst doctors I’ve had. I would definitely not recommend her to anyone. She is rude and arrogant. When I was upset during a zoom appointment, she brought the phone up to the front desk to schedule an appointment when I was visibly upset. I feel like she violated my privacy and embarrassed me. She’s never brought me up to speak with the front desk before, and I believe she did it because I had made her mad when she wasn’t listening to my concerns. I strongly believe she is in the wrong profession.
