Effective couples counseling Carolyn Powley was excellent at identifying behaviors of my husband's and mine that caused serious conflict in our marriage. She taught me how to change my behaviors that led to negative results, replacing them with self-affirming thoughts and actions allowing me to be in charge of my life. Without her help, my basically good marriage most likely would not have survived. Carolyn is perceptive, realistic and guides with a kind, firm hand.
Helpful counseling I thought couples therapy would be really bad, like all touchy feel and uncomfortable. But it wasn't. It was actually fun and funny at times. Iona does a great job of being funny at times to lighten the mood when it got too heavy. I really liked her and our relationship has really improved. Thanks!

They made us feel right at home and since then they have helped my family through a very tough time.
