Amazing!! . Carolyn worked with us for months trying to find the perfect house! She did her due diligence on every single house we looked at, going all over Buck’s county. She brought information to each and every showing that was above and beyond- the condition of a sump pump, past water in the basement, age of roof, windows and their condition etc. Yes, this is on a seller’s disclosure, and Carolyn read it and knew it inside and out. Awesome experience! Our experience with Carolyn was fantastic! She always went above and beyond her duties as our agent; even messaging us while she was on vacation in Europe! Such an amazing time buying our first home all thanks to having a supportive and helpful realtor. Our first time buying a home was such an amazing experience.
