Dr. Moncure has been an excellent, caring primary care provider for me for years. I highly recommend her.
I would go somewhere else. The best dr left the practice. The assigned me to a NP & she leaves something to be desired. Has no bedside manners. I was told she only works on Mondays & Friday’s. I also asked to see another dr & was told they didn’t have any. I asked for a prescription that was prescribed for me by the dr that left. So I get feedback from the NP stating she has never prescribed this for me. It’s in my chart. I thought the whole purpose of having MyChart was for all the info to be in one place. Very nice
Terrible service. No need to make a appointment you are generally not seen for atleast a hour after your scheduled appointment. After waiting 2:30 hours already I am now being forced to wait another hour for labs and have been told x ray is worse. I will definitely be looking for a new provider.
