My first visit. The doctor is patient and friendly . Same with the staff. I would give five stars.
This was my first visit, and my mother had a 5:15 PM appointment. We arrived at 5:20 PM, and I called when we were downstairs. The receptionist rudely informed me that we needed to reschedule. I had called ahead to let them know we would be 5 minutes late, and most places offer a 5-minute grace period.
