Dr. Maxwell explained my condition and took the time to answer all my questions. I was impressed with her knowledge and feel confident in her abilities. There was no wait time and all the office staff were very polite and helpful. Overall very impressed with Stonybrook Medical Center!

Dr Maxwell was great. She took her time explaining things to me in detail and answered any questions I had confidently. She is a great doctor.
The office staff is horrendous. They won't give you an appointment unless your doctor faxed over paperwork, and then they don't want to take the time to check to see if your paperwork was received. One person I spoke to was offended I would ask if they received the fax. Upon arrival in the office someone was trying to get in the "wrong" door.
