She dropped me as a patient due to inactivity after being with her for over 12yrs and then said I would have to be a new patient but she’s not taking new patients. Her staff is horrific and rude as well as never answering the phones. Her best dr in her practice was Dr. Bedell and he left the chaos there too!! I’m following him and he got me in as a new patient with no problem.
