Carolyn is wonderful and so knowledgeable. I had no idea what myofascial treatment was or how good it was for the body. What a great experience for releasing pain from my body with no drugs! I only wish I could have this every day :)

Caroline is not only a great therapist but she is beyond helpful at teaching her clients how to better help themselves giving stretches, tools, explaining, and even suggested reading materials. I highly recommend her!!
