Caroline is not only a great therapist but she is beyond helpful at teaching her clients how to better help themselves giving stretches, tools, explaining, and even suggested reading materials. I highly recommend her!!

Carolyn is extremely knowledgeable and talented I have had more back and neck pain relief from only two sessions with Carolyn that I have from years of massage and various others treatments!
