This was one of the most disappointing medical visits I’ve had!!! I came in specifically to address ongoing hair loss and to understand what might be causing it. After a very quick look at my scalp, I was told that ‘this just happens,’. No effort was made to ask meaningful questions, recommend tests. I left the appointment without answers. To make matters worse, I later received an extremely high bill for this visit, which felt completely unjustified given how little care and attention was provided.
Dr Goh has been with me nearly every step of the way for my long journey with alopecia. Fortunately, I have the right balance of medications that have restored my hair. More than that she is an empathic and wonderful person and so well informed about the subject. I'm extremely grateful to her. Yes, it's tough to get an appointment, but hang in there. She's worth the wait.
Dr.Goh is very good at what she does. She is booked over a year out because of this. I’m very grateful for her care.
Dr. Goh has been treating my 15 yr old granddaughter for 5 yrs with Alopecia Areata. She’s been very sympathetic with my granddaughter’s hair loss and started her with LITFULO and increased minoxidil slowly to where she’s now finally growing hair and eyelashes. Her staff has also been very helpful. We are so appreciative for Dr. Goh’s knowledge and expertise with AA.
I made an appointment yesterday with Goh for 2026. My hair is very full but my hairline is super fragile and thin despite wearing my hair down for over a year. So I wanted to see a hair loss specialist who would not only recommend products and treatment, but do an extensive internal assessment, history, labs, etc to find out the root cause.
