I made an appointment yesterday with Goh for 2026. My hair is very full but my hairline is super fragile and thin despite wearing my hair down for over a year. So I wanted to see a hair loss specialist who would not only recommend products and treatment, but do an extensive internal assessment, history, labs, etc to find out the root cause. Waste of time. Don’t see Dr. Goh . I called this office 6 months in advance to make an appointment. My dermatologist recommended her. We were so excited to finally get some answers ,as to why my 21 year old daughter was having some balding spots on the top of her scalp . She left the 6 minute appointment with no information at all. I went to see her a couple of years ago for hair loss. I also talked about my eyelashes thinning and she suggested Latisse. I asked if Insurance would pay for it and she said no. I was disappointed because it’s very expensive and her response was “Well there’s people with cancer who need insurance more than you.” I found that to be very hostile and unnecessary. Contrary to other reviews, I was extremely pleased with Dr. Gho. She was friendly, engaging and efficient. Exactly what I want in a doctor.
