Smart and kind, makes herself available if and when needed. She explores every avenue in your life to make sure your on track. I am very grateful for her and the others at this location in Elm Grove. You can tell they care and its more than a job. If you want no-none sense care, I recommend this place and Nurse Practitioner Davidson.
so idk who the phone call goes to but they never answer then just decide to call you back when they want. so im not sure wth is going on

I think Carolyn is the best! I've been seeing her for over a year now. I've seen several mental health providers in my adult life, and she made me the most comfortable. When I came to see her, another provider had mis managed my medications so bad my eyesight went horrible. She adjusted my meds so I can feel better and still see (lol) I find her to be real, compassionate, understanding, kind and funny! She's always responded if I've needed anything between appointments. I would and have recommended her to my loved ones.
