I can’t say enough lovely things about everyone there who was so helpful, informative, caring and overall kind. I’ve been wearing glasses since the 2nd grade and I’m over 50 now and this was the best experience I’ve ever had!!! Kudos to them all
I had an eye exam appointment with Dr. Caroline Sippala. I had an amazing experience with her. She was very patient and very thorough with her examination.
The exam and doctor are experience was great. Eyeglass selection was great. When i returned to pick up my frames I had a 50$ coupon to take off my balance that I had already paid in full. When asked if I could have that amount refunded to my card the employee Wedad blatantly lied indicating I had already been given the discount. She even went as far to show me the internal screen showing 50$ was deducted. When I advised her that is my insurance deduction that’s when she decided to refund my money reluctantly.
