I received a dual cancer diagnosis (cholangiocarcinoma and duodenum carcinoma) in October 2024 and was referred to Dr. Lancaster in November 2024. On my first visit, Dr. Lancaster recommended chemotherapy to reduce the size of the tumors before performing surgery (a Whipple) to remove them. I was advised that I would need about eight cycles of chemo; however, I responded well to treatment and Dr. Lancaster was able to perform the Whipple after only four chemo treatments, in February 2025. The surgery was extensive, which als... read more

This low rating is for their billing department. They didn't post a payment made by my insurance company (their error) and are now telling me that I have to pay the bill because it has already transferred to patient responsibility. So, they are basically saying I have to pay it even though my insurance has already paid??????? Also, they are stating that a visit was denied by my insurance company even when the insurance company states that they have never received the claim from them and have not denied anything. I high... read more

Not happy at all. I was on the schedule, had a death in the family. Spent two days trying to reschedule. Meant talking to the rudest person on Resolute Way. No call back, nothing. Screw it. I'll go somewhere else. because I can't reschedule a funeral.

My husband was seen in the ER on 4/14/25. We had the very best care ever. He was seen by DR. K Staples. Dr. Staples was so professional and had some of the best bed side manners. He listened to us showed much concern. He was very prompt. If you sick or your family member has something going on you don't want to be treated with no respect. Well that a not the case with my husband's visit. Dr. Staples was awesome. Now let me speak on the care we received from our nurses. We had two of the BEST. Showed us so much concerned ... read more

I'll be brief. I'm white female suffering fr0m Trgeminal Neuralgia. My first visit went fine, but after about month, my pain was increasing. I sent several portal messages and 2 phone calls. After 5 weeks of increasing pain, I told her I was no longer her patient because of her lack of response. That's when she called me and acted like everything was great. 5 weeks too late. Goodbye! I'd give her 0 stars but it won't let me

"Unfortunately, Dr Gibney and his team were very dismissive as well as non communicative with my husband and I. This resulted in the decline of my husbands health at a faster pace than normal. There were several complications that should have been handled differently but instead they were dismissed. He was sent home with a much worse prognosis than when Dr Gibney accepted him in as a patient. I have contacted the family and patient liaison line and I will continue to pursue this. Please do your research on this doctor before... read more

So impressed with Dr. Cook and the entire staff…. I arrived at his office signed in and was called back immediately. I had a melanoma on my face and was referred to Dr. Cook by my dermatologist in Myrtle Beach. My incision was approximately 3+ inches. It went from the corner of my eye down to almost the top of my lip. I was so afraid I was going to be scarred for life, but now, less than eight weeks later, you can barely tell where I had any work done……. If I should ever have to have anything right is done again, you can be... read more
