Carorlyn is amazing! Her technique is not your traditional crack your back just to get the cool sound. She is very low impact but HIGHLY effective!!! She also does muscle work, example being I came in with a stiff neck and very little had to do with my neck being out of alignment mostly muscle problems. You should definitely give her a try.
