Very nice receptioness, and nice waiting rooms. Doctors are very friendly and their help.
Personnel are very friendly and professional but when I met Dr C. Chen and examined me,I felt like I am one of her "workers."When I was instructed during her examination and didn't follow "right"she was very abrupt and unkind!Not sure how was her day like?But overall,quite knowledgeable of her field!
Dr. Chen and her entire team are fantastic. Her practice is out of network for my insurance, but the value and professional care makes it a value. You WILL be impressed!
I go the The Woodlands office. It is a wonderful office. The staff are knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I’ve not had to wait a long time, ever (usually just a few minutes). Dr. Chen is extraordinary; she is thorough and answers my questions.
