I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Carolyn Brantly! She has one of the BEST BED SIDE MANNERS I Have ever seen ! Very caring, listens to your concerns, takes her time with you and answers all your questions you may have. I definitely feel she really cares about her patients! So I have seen this Nurse Practitioner per se but I wanted to voice my opinion. I’m in need of a PCP. I call this office and they tell me that I need to be approved. I’m like ok…..I mean what’s not to be approved I have Blue Cross Blue Shield I get a call a week later saying I’m not approved and the Nurse Practitioner won’t see me. I asked why she said she just said not approved. I’ve never seen the hospital decline to see someone but hey God doesn’t make mistakes but I just wanted to share my experience.
Carolyn Brantley is excellent! She listened to my questions and sent me for the tests I needed. I'm very happy that I am her patient.
