Besides having excellent knowledge, she clearly demonstrates that she sees me as an individual and strives to tailor her recommendations to my needs. Overall, she has excellent people skills, making it easy for me to communicate openly with her. Last but not least, she is exceptionally responsive to requests I make via My Chart Plus.
