My mothers been there for three years hates it feels like prison. A couple of staff members are nasty the buzzer never stops they take hours before coming in the place is runner down food sucks dirty smelly I was there and there was a baby mouse running in the hallway I stepped on it pretty disgusting they never get my mom up moving no therapy leave her stuck in a wheel chair when she dies it’s gonna be the home that kills her will not recommend
New ownership- horrible. Zero AC so germs fester, food is not edible, patients are largely unable to move about and are stuck in their rooms. Very sad change from how it used to be. I recommend looking for a different facility for your loved one.
After being involved in a serious motor vehicle accident I stayed at The Carolton for rehabilitation of my broken femur, shoulder, back and hand. I was unable to walk or care for myself. I noticed immediately that the staff were uniquely kind and compassionate towards me. My physical and occupational therapists were compassionate and professional. They helped me safely regain my ability to walk and were ever vigilant to my rehabilitation needs. I would recommend this facility to a loved one or friend.
