Great! I recently took one of my wife's rings to Carols Jewelry Treasures, a few of the diamonds seemed loose. It's an old ring, but has sentimental value, as her mother had given it to her. Carol did a great job , was friendly, easy to talk to, the whole experience was great! It was the first time I'd been to her store, I'll definitely be going back! Thanks again Carol!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but we’ve lived in Naples for over 7 years, and this was one of the more disappointing service experiences I’ve had here. I paid nearly $70 to Carol for a simple ring adjustment - tightening a small screw, which took only a few seconds. The adjustment failed the very same evening while wearing the ring. When I returned promptly with the ring and receipt, Carol flatly refused to provide either a proper repair or a refund- without hesitation. Carol's Jewelry Treasures is exactly like its name - it's a treasure! Owner redesigned several outdated pieces of jewelry for me and they are beautiful. Has lovely inventory in her store. But she is an artist!!
