Thank you, Tony McCarty and Carol's Carpet, for a great experience! I was only in town for a couple of days to fix up my rental to put on the market to sell. I had so much to do, but I didn't have to worry about the carpet at all. Tony made time to come and help me pick out the best carpet for my needs and was available for my questions. Tony with Carol Carpet is awesome!!!!! We had to have our flooring replaced throughout the entire house and he walked us through the whole process. Anytime we had a question rather it was early mornings late evenings he answered the phone even on his off days. He made the whole process easy flow. When it came to choosing the color of our new hardwood floors Tony and I think it was Kyle brought flooring out to my home for us to choose the color instead of us having to come to the store. This is the second time that I have used Carols Carpets for hardwood floors. This time when the new floors from the manufacturer came in that were supposed to match my existing floors they did not match. This was not Carols Carpets fault at all but they have bent over backwards to make it right and get it fixed as soon as possible. In my opinion, this is what makes a great company. When something goes wrong and they step up and immediately do whatever it takes to fix the problem with a great attitude.

The Guys from Carols carpet came out on the 6th of April and installed our new flooring and done a fantastic Job. These guys didnot let up one bit they worked fro m around 9am to 7pm . Which the SALESMAN said they would be finished by 3 well we know SALES MEN but the end result was truly beautifull

We recently purchased carpet and vinyl at Carol's Carpet in Montgomery. From start to finish it was a pleasent experience. Our sales consultant, Karen Gourley, was wonderful. She helped us pick out the texture and color carpet we had been looking for, as well as the vinyl that would be in adjoining rooms. Any questions that we had, she was always sweet and helpful. Marco and his crew did an awesome job on our installation. We will definitely be returning to Carol's for any future needs.

If you ever need any flooring work done, I highly recommend Carol's carpet at the Montgomery location! From walking into the store to the finished project, everyone was kind and professional! Tony (sales consultant) was AWESOME!!

It started with a simple, "I need to replace some of this grout that came out" and turned into a OVERWHELMING remodel job! Our house is 9 years old and we have always had a problem with our "custom" shower. Called Carol's and Tony were right on it! The wrong tiles were used for the floor, weep holes were covered, no water barrier on seat and joints. It was molded and some rotted wood. LB came and saved the day! Love the hardwood floor that we picked out at Carol Carpets! It was not an easy floor to install in our existing house but the guys that installed it knew what they were doing and had it placed in a timely manner. They really did a terrific job and we couldn't be more pleased. Go by and let Kyle help you if you are thinking about remodeling! You won't regret any advice he gives you!
