Worst place to go for a car wash, i've been going here for eight years and after I'm in line today pay they put all the pre-clean on the car somebody comes up and says the trailer hitch has to come out of my truck but in the same trailer hitch for eight years, Best thing anyone can do is avoid this place there's another one on Dequindre south of 8 mile go there they're more friendly and workable with everybody Go to baseline auto wash and Dequindre south of nine cheaper friendlier and do a better job
I have been going to carols for many years. The service now just sucks. Carpets are not vacuumed properly, windows are streaked, dash and console are still dirty, tires look like crap. Prices have gone up exponentially! I don't think I will be going back.
Have almost always had great service here. Car is always clean and looking good. They do have air freshener (several scents) but for some reason they never offer it, you have to ask for it. When I was there a couple of days ago they seemed to be a little short of staff.
This was my first visit and I was very disappointed. I opted for their most expensive package ... yet my tires were not done, no air freshener, my dash and center console was still dusty, back seat still had crumbs on it, the windshield was covered in lint as if they wiped it with a towel and the side windows still had smudges. I had to take it home and re-clean it (which is why I took it here...to save myself time). Even the exterior was disappointing. As it still had dirt on the sides and back. they do an "ok" job... i get in my car and still see dust.. smudges on my dash.. and parts of the seats they didnt vacuum...
Best car wash place around hands down! Friendly staff, awesome owners and always an impeccable job cleaning your car!
