I contacted Carolina at 8pm a Friday night and she responded immediately, showing the apartment the very next day. Also every time I called she answered or call me back, this is my 1st apartment so I had a lot of questions and she assisted me through every process. Thank you so much for all your help! Also management is very quick in responding to any requests made. Keep up the great work will always recommend this company.
The year 2019 marked a stage in my life, where I closed one and opened another, now at the hands of Carollo Realty & Management. I had the pleasure of working with Miriam. Hands done the most caring, gentle and attentive person. She went above and beyond to help me get a beautiful apartment so quickly and even after her job was done she still continued to work with me and update me on the process as we secured and finalized everything. I have been working with Katherine Luczena for a couple of months to find my perfect place to purchase. She is amazing. Listens to what I want. Advises when she needs to. Always there no matter what. She is very professional. I highly recommend her.
Katharine was amazing and helped us search for the suitable apartment for us for over a year until we finally found the right one. I'm so glad we met her. She was so nice and patient and we always had good communication. Miriam also helped when Katharine wasn't available and was so nice and helpful as well. I would recommend them both if you're looking for an apartment to rent or house.
