I contacted Carolina at 8pm a Friday night and she responded immediately, showing the apartment the very next day. Also every time I called she answered or call me back, this is my 1st apartment so I had a lot of questions and she assisted me through every process. Thank you so much for all your help! Also management is very quick in responding to any requests made. Keep up the great work will always recommend this company.

The year 2019 marked a stage in my life, where I closed one and opened another, now at the hands of Carollo Realty & Management. I rented a house that they manage and they have never been indifferent to the issues that are normally raised in its maintenance. I call, they answer, I request and I have an answer.
