While The masseuse was very nice woman. I was teaching her how to do the Massage. It was terrible. As a Massage Therapist myself, it was obvious to me that she’s not a real Massage Therapist. Also, I was charged a second time through PayPal and it was the owner’s email address. I don’t know how they got my email address. I contacted her and ask her to give me a call. She never did.

I had the pleasure of going to Caroline's Spa to celebrate my birthday and they did not disappoint. I had quality services and was handled by excellent staff members. Book an appointment you will be so happy and pleased.

I had a negative experience here. I booked a three hour package and it did not start on time. The sauna room is a small shower with steam. You can't even see what's going on. The worst part was having the most judgmental masseuse. During the massage, she stated "you need to lose weight" right at the start. I was the most uncomfortable I have ever been in that situation and I truly wish I left. There were other women there and she was not as cruel as she was to me. I was utterly disgusted. Best massage and experience I’ve ever had! Maritza applied the right amount of pressure and was gentle. The facility was very clean and use very clean products. The sauna was a great size and safe space. Totally recommend!
