Extremely disappointed!! I saw a Groupon for services I wanted, balayage, treatment, haircut and style for $70. She said she will honor the groupon price and not to buy it. She kept saying balayage wont help blend in grey hair. I said forget the balayage just do all over one color, cut and style. She said it would be $90!!!! I wanted to get my daughter's hair done for her birthday. She was so excited. So, I found this lady on Groupon. I sent a picture of my daughter currently, what she wanted via text. She wanted a full dark brunette with blu peekaboo highlights. She quoted me $100-125, depending on thickness. Sounded fantastic, sent me the process to get her hair how I wanted it done, and BLUE highlights.Remember that color for later. Set the appointment for 2:30, arrived at 2:30. Absolutely AWFUL service, first she will reschedule your appointment numerous times with numerous reasons, then if you are lucky enough for her to take her time to make an appointment you will sit forever and THEN THE SERVICE is terrible. She has groupons but does not honor what you buy, she will have you leaving looking terrible and I would highly recommend NOT going here!!!
