If I could give her zero stars I would. I bought a Groupon deal and scheduled it 3 weeks in advance. 3 days prior To my appointment Caroline reached out and says she has to push my appointment time back. From 10 am to 3:00 pm. Then about 10:00 am the day of appointment she cancels saying family emergency. Then says she can do it on Saturday. We agree to 6 am. Then she messaged back she can't. She absolutely should not touch anyone’s hair. Bought a Groupon for a full highlight , conditioning, haircut and style. I knew it would be a little more for my daughter’s hair due to length. It ended up being 3 times as much , no conditioning and she refused to style it. When we told her the amount we wanted cut she only cut what she thought was needed. Be warned, she will charge extra charges that are outrageous!! I got a groupon and she charged triple what I would normally spend on getting hair done She will argue that extra prices will be charged due to length or type of hair. My son and daughter's hair were very short and very thin but yet she still charged ridiculous extra cost. And she didn't even do a good job.
