I just called this florist and asked the person who answered that I would like to talk to someone about ordering a simple wedding bouquet for a beach wedding planned for tomorrow. Her reply, (and I quote), "No maam I cant possibly help you."I said, "Alright, THANK YOU so much!" and she replied, "Youre welcome." Welcome for what? HOW do people stay in business like this? Are you just that damn good that you cant possibly take another order??Hell, no wonder China is importing us off the planet!
I ordered a Birthday Cake flower arrangement for my wife and even called and told the florist that if they didnt have the flowers to make it I would order a different arrangement. They assured me that they had the flowers and told me I would get exactly what I ordered. When the arrangement arrived it was not even close to what I had ordered and half of the flowers were half-dead. I spent about \$70.00 to get some pathetic dead daisies and limp carnations. I ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered on Saturday, February 13, 2010 for Valentines Day...The flowers were not delivered nor did I receive a phone call explaining why...I contacted the business on the following Monday and the person I talked with may me feel it was my fault...I will never use this florist again and would not reccommend to anyone else...Thanks Carolines Florist for a terriffic Valentines Day....Paul
