I’ve hired this cleaning service twice. The quality of the cleaning was acceptable, but the pricing was inconsistent and not explained clearly. For a 2.5-hour visit, I was charged for $300. For a separate one-hour visit with five cleaners, the charge was $225. My home is already well-maintained, so I was surprised by the rates. I reached out afterward to ask how the pricing is determined but did not receive a reply. Because of the unclear charges and lack of communication, I decided not to continue with this service.
We have used this cleaning business for over 1 year. It has gotten really bad for months. We finally had to quit using them Standard cleaning is only surface swiping. They don't move anything to clean. They vacuum around ottoman they don't move it to clean under it. The don't clean around large carpets, they don't roll it up and clean under it or shake out little rugs. Windows are cleaned with dirty rags. Things are broken and they don't tell you. I'll move on now.
