Our beautiful girl bailey crosses the rainbow bridge last week and while we have been with Caroline veterinary for 14 yrs it was our first experience with them for this service. Although tough to do we were assured we were doing the right thing and staff was amazing as always. We picked up her ashes today and the way she was presented and the paw print they included really made me feel like they truly cared too and made sure she was still treated with respect, I cannot thank the staff enough for how kind they were.
We’ve been here my dogchilds entire life and we LOVE the doctors and especially Cara!! Thankful for all they have done for him and continue to do.
Recently had to send my 13+year old Yorkie to cross Rainbow bridge. She was my best friend but her health was rapidly declining. The doctors and staff there made a very difficult decision so much more tolerable with the compassion shown to me and Lacie. Thank you all for caring so much.
Honestly one of the best vet clinics around. I have been taking my animals here for about 5 years and have nothing but good things to say about them. They are always willing to answer questions over the phone or at the clinic and they don’t rush you out. It is very evident that they want what is best for you and your animals, and treat your pets like their pets. I have called several times for pet emergencies and they always let me bring them in same day! Truly one of a kind vet clinic and would highly recommend.
