I’m a new patient but just based on my initial appointment the entire staff appear to have been very efficient with how they do things. I saw the PA during my first visit very impressed with her patient interaction, took the time to discuss the diagnosis and what is expected to occur in the not since distant future. I thought her “bedside manner” was excellent. We’ll see how the appointments go down the road. Again, I only had the one appt.
No location was provided in the confirmation email so we were unsure of where to go once in the building. There was a marquee of names and suites, but this office was not in there. According to the website, it was Suite 100, but that was locked with the lights out. So I called the office and the recording said it was Suite 200.
