Dr Sass was very professional throughout our treatment. We had four visits, and each time she explained everything clearly and made us feel comfortable. The outcomes of the re-root canal and wisdom teeth procedures were excellent. Highly recommend her care and expertise.

I had a very distressing experience at Elite Endodontics with Dr. Sasaluck Pakdeethai. For a specialist clinic, I expected a level of professionalism and care that was completely absent. Dr. Pakdeetha showed zero empathy and lacked even the most basic people skills. The way I was spoken to was impolite and dismissive; I actually felt like a victim in the chair rather than a patient being helped. As a nervous and anxious dentist patient I found Dr Sass & her staff to be kind and understanding. The treatment was surprisingly painless and quick. Highly recommended for anyone that struggles with having any serious dental work.

No empathy. Just heartless and money! I had an appointment scheduled yesterday, but I was forced to cancel because my baby had a severe food allergy reaction for the first time. While rushing my baby to the emergency department, I called to explain what was happening and asked to reschedule. The only response I received was, “Okay, we can reschedule, but you’ll need to pay the deposit again to secure your appointment.” No concern. No understanding. No empathy.
