Absolutely AWFUL service, first she will reschedule your appointment numerous times with numerous reasons, then if you are lucky enough for her to take her time to make an appointment you will sit forever and THEN THE SERVICE is terrible. She has groupons but does not honor what you buy, she will have you leaving looking terrible and I would highly recommend NOT going here!!!

They get one star for being there. Don't go. THIS IS NOT BALAYAGE. As I stated several times while she was attempting to highlight my hair.That isn't a baliyage technique. Balayage is a technique which involves a sweeping motion so that the highlights graduate downward into your hair, and the ends become saturated with deeper color. Also it never starts at the roots. I absolutely LOVE my color! Caroline was so patient and open to communications in preparation for my appointment so we both knew we were on the same page before she began. I showed her multiple photos and she told me her expert ideas. And when I left I was floating on Cloud nine! It was perfect. She is as sweet as she is talented, such a great personality. Thank you Caroline! UPDATE: I love how soft and healthy my hair feels, 4 days later even!
