I am not one to write a review but I must take exception because Diana and Lovey at Caroline's Gifts and Florist had gone the extra 9 yards and made my mom's past 2 holidays memorable and very special! From the initial phone call to the timely delivery, my experience was not only a pleasure but also problem free. Both arrangements were absolutely gorgeous! After other plans fell through I called these guys needing some last minute gifts delivered to a hotel for a special occasion. They came to the rescue and dropped off to the hotel in hours! Super polite and helpful! Thanks again Diana!
My husband posted a review but I just had to add to it because the service here was so amazing. Five days before my daughter’s wedding the original florist let us down and said she couldn’t do the order. I phoned around in a panic and the amazing Dianna at Caroline’s went the extra mile to put together the bouquets the girls had their hearts set on with just a few days notice.
