Very Caring Dr. Hiese took me seriously. Gave me real options. She followed through on all my care and I am very pleased with my care. The office staff is always polite and courteous. The office itself it state of the art.
appointment Everything went well with my appointment from scheduling to the end. Everyone was friendly and on time. The approach was straightforward. Not a lot of doctor lingo just this is what we want to make sure is NOT going on and then we will do x, y, or z to fix the problem.
pain I had an ovarian cyst and pain. Previously I had always had surgery for cysts. The doctor explained these can be watched and usually go away. She saved me from an unnecessary surgery.
Glaring Disappointment At first this office appeared to be professional, unfortunately in the end, it left little to be desired. It seems to me there is an air of superiority when it comes to the doctor's/nurse??s wishes over their patients, which in my opinion pushes dangerously past the boundaries of the patient??s right to know laws. Heise Caroline Md - Doylestown Gynecology is not my cup of tea I really did not have a good experience at this practice. I did not feel I was taken seriously or that my needs were met. Also, this practice does not handle OB, just gyn which is something to consider depending on your needs.
