The service was excellent, but please be aware that you could spend some quality time waiting to be seen. When I arrived ten minutes prior to my appointment, there was a bus station worth of patients already there. Some of the people there could have been spouses or parents of patients etc. it was hard to tell. It is a two stage appointment it seems, you wait first to see a technician for retina pictures etc. Then you wait to be seen by Doctor Baulmal. Fantastic ophthalmologist. She is a caring, knowledgable and very talented professional. She is busy but does take time in examining my eyes and explaining her findings.
